Gelgel Village is renowned for its history and culture. The community of Gelgel Village is pluralistic due to the harmonious development of diverse religions and cultures, which has been maintained since the reign of Dalem Ketut Ngulesir until the present day. Intercultural communication bridges social interactions between Nyama Hindu and Nyama Selam in efforts to maintain religious harmony, utilizing primary, secondary, linear, and circular communication patterns. Intercultural communication patterns are very instrumental in maintaining human relations and social interactions with the aim of building community perceptions and understanding, so that moderate behavior is realized and religious moderation is realized. The formation of community perceptions is also prioritized with intercultural communication approaches, such as: social psychology, creative, critical, dialectical, and cultural dialog approaches. This intercultural communication approach can be seen in the implementation of the ngejot tradition and the ngaminang tradition, including when the takbiran night is held religious moderation is built very harmoniously. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to gather the necessary information and conduct an analysis of the field data, culminating in drawing conclusions.

The stigma associated with HIV/AIDS (H/A) and persons living with H/A (PLWHA) continues to pose significant barriers to accessing services and has a deleterious effect on the quality of care. Lack of H/A knowledge and awareness, cultural beliefs, misinformation, and stigma-enhancing policies have been linked with HIV-related stigma at the service provider level; however, research focusing on provider-level stigma and its effects on PLWHA is scarce. This study aims to address this critical gap in research, specifically in understanding how stigma manifests, what kinds of HIV stigma interventions exist, what best-practices are recommended to reduce HIV stigma and what the impact of service provider stigma is on the community. Study aims were investigated through a systematic literature review using the PRISMA protocol. Findings suggest that HIV-related stigma is still common among health care providers and is the product of a synergistic cooccurrence between deeply held personal beliefs and values. Findings also suggest that this stigma is propagated through lack of training and education on H/A and PLWHA populations, lack of experience, wide-ranging societal stigma, and biased individual views. We recommend an increase in psychosocial trainings for service providers. Practice interventions at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels are also recommended.

Conflict can sound eerie when considered in the form of a conceptual framework. It is a definition that is usually used in conjunction with the negativity, pain, hostility and burning that take place in our memory and thought. Conflict appears to us as an important concept from an individual point of view, as well as from an organizational point of view. The people who are in charge in the organization need the resources of the institution in order to realize their personal wishes and thoughts. If the resources are limited or their continuity is ensured, the dependencies on the resources increase. The failure of communication and interaction within the institution and the mediana in the medium is another cause of conflict. Thanks to communication, information and documents are constantly in interaction between the departments of the institutions. Dec. Failures in communication cause different blockages in corporate structures. One of the important reasons for the sources of conflict within the institution is the current status and power differences gained by individuals and units. In educational institutions, especially the increase of labor division and specialization is important in terms of increasing organizational competence. However, each unit can determine a wide variety of goals related to their own units, so that they can see the purpose of their own units as more important than the purpose of other units or the purpose of the institution as a whole. In educational organizations, if it is unclear who is responsible for which areas and issues, and to what extent and in what way, multiple people may be interested in similar issues.
