Despite the recent episodes of criminal activity intensification in Mexico, it is striking the scarcity of studies analyzing its relationship with unemployment rate fluctuations. The aim of this research is to evaluate the impact that an external shock of a surprising increase in unemployment rates would have upon crime activity, particularly, robberies in Mexico’s northern Border States. To this end, a spatial Bayesian VAR that follows LeSage and Cashell (2015) is applied. Results suggest a heterogeneous response of robberies across northern Border States. For instance, in some states such as Chihuahua, the number of robberies seems to deploy transitory effects, while Tamaulipas appears to be less sensitive to own and neighbor state unemployment fluctuations.

Resumen: El articulo reconstruye las lineas generales de la historia y evolucion de la figura del coordinador pedagogico en Italia destacando su papel estrategico en la asistencia a la transformacion de los servicios educativos para los ninos pequenos en su transicion de lugares de atencion en contextos de educacion y cuidado. En Italia, los servicios educativos destinados a los ninos de 3 meses a 3 anos nacen durante los anos 70 gracias a la ley de 1044, que establece la guarderia. Los cambios sociales y economicos de los ultimos treinta anos han planteado la necesidad de nuevos servicios educativos organizados de diferente manera, con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades de las familias. Por ello se evidencia la necesidad de personal de coordinacion capaz, por un lado de promover la integracion entre los servicios y por otro de apoyar a los educadores en la realizacion de su tarea. Resumen: Este articulo tiene como objetivo aportar propuestas de mejora para conseguir una autentica Educacion inclusiva para el alumnado autista, partiendo del analisis de la situacion actual. Se estudian las intervenciones y estrategias que se estan aplicando en el tratamiento del alumnado con autismo en su entorno educativo y se analizan diferentes proyectos en los que se ha demostrado que su integracion en la sociedad, a traves de su escolarizacion en Centros ordinarios resulta muy enriquecedora. La muestra esta integrada por treinta Centros de la Comunidad de Madrid en los que se encuentran matriculados alumnos autistas. En la investigacion, se concluye subrayando que, uno los pilares basicos para la mejora en la calidad de la respuesta a la diversidad, es la formacion del profesorado. Tambien se ha comprobado que la practica de una Escuela transformadora encuentra fuertes barreras que la convierten en inviable, en muchos casos. Abstract: The primary objective of this paper is to propose improvements with which to achieve a truly inclusive Education for the autistic student, starting with the analysis of the current situation. This summary of the research discusses the interventions and strategies which are being used in the treatment of students with autism within their educational environment and studies different projects which demonstrate that their being integrated into society, through attending mainstream schools, is highly enriching. The research was carried out in thirty Centres of differing characteristics where autistic students are enrolled in the Autonomous Region of Madrid. The investigation concludes by highlighing that one of the basic pillars for improvement in the quality of the response to diversity, is teacher training. It has also been found that the practice of a transformative School encounters barriers which make it non-viable in many cases.

Resumen Este ensayo pretende analizar desde los enfoques sociologicos la incidencia de la situacion socioeconomica de los maestros en la calidad educativa del pais, las concepciones que tiene la sociedad hacia los profesionales de la educacion, en especial a los del nivel preescolar, y la priorizacion que le dan las politicas educativas a este nivel educativo. El metodo que se aplico para recoger evidencias que sustenten este ensayo fue el cualitativo mediante entrevistas realizadas a docentes de preescolar, trabajadores del MINED (Ministerio de educacion) y madres de familia, la observacion directa realizada en dos centros escolares y ademas se recurrio a la investigacion documental. Lo que se recoge de la presente investigacion es que hay una total invisibilizacion y subestimacion del trabajo docente desde las politicas educativas. La sociedad nicaraguense no reconoce la labor del docente y en especial de la educacion preescolar. En Nicaragua se puede ver que ser un profesional de la educacion no da estatus economico ni academico. Y eso trae como consecuencia el enorme atraso social y economico en que esta inmerso el pais. Para contrarrestar todo esto, el ministerio de educacion debe replantear su estructura de trabajo y en conjunto con las universidades buscar una reivindicacion de la labor docente, principalmente en la etapa preescolar. El estado debe priorizar el rubro educacion y asignarle mas presupuesto para incidir en la mejora de la calidad educativa. The method was applied to collect evidence to support this trial was the qualitative interviews with preschool teachers, workers of the MINED (Ministry of education) and mothers, of direct observation conducted in two schools and also made an searching, locating and processing information on documentary research. That is obtained is that a total invisibility and underestimation of teaching from educational policies. Nicaraguan society does not recognize the work of the teachers especially of education in kindergarten. In Nicaragua one can see that being a professional education does not give economic status or academic. And that results in the enormous social and economic backwardness that is immersed the country. To counter this, the ministry of education must rethink its structure of work and together with universities to seek a vindication of the teaching, especially in preschool. Resumen: Actualmente, sobre todo en la ultima decada de nuestro siglo, han surgido un gran numero de investigaciones sobre la eficacia de mindfulness en la mejora de los sintomas de personas que presentan diferentes problemas fisicos y psiquicos. Mindfulness consiste en prestar conciencia plena a la realidad del momento presente con una actitud basica de aceptacion. En el presente articulo se realiza una introduccion a mindfulness, destacando diferentes definiciones y formas de conceptualizarlo y profundizando en los mecanismos psicoterapeuticos que subyacen a la practica de mindfulness. Abstract: Currently, especially in the last decade of our century, have emerged a lot of research on the effectiveness of mindfulness in improving the symptoms of people with different physical and psychological problems. Mindfulness is to provide full consciousness to the reality of the present moment with a basic attitude of acceptance. This paper presents an introduction to mindfulness, highlighting different definitions and ways of conceptualizing and deeper into the mechanisms underlying psychotherapeutic practice of mindfulness.

Resumen: Son numerosos y variados los aspectos sociales y culturales que influyen en nuestro comportamiento cotidiano. De esta forma, aparecen un arraigo de concepciones tradicionales sobre los diferentes roles que les corresponde a hombres y mujeres en la sociedad y que influyen de manera notable en su forma de pensar y de vivir. Debido a ello, el entorno escolar se configura como un ambito de actuacion determinante en la busqueda de un equilibrio entre ambos sexos. Resumen: Jacques Dalcroze, compositor y pedagogo suizo, mas conocido por su metodo de ensenanza musical llamado Ritmica Dalcroze, no solo se dedico al estudio de los elementos ritmicos mediante el movimiento por el espacio (aspecto mas popular del metodo), si no que su preocupacion por elaborar una ensenanza musical adecuada le condujo a crear su propia tecnica de solfeo musical. Este articulo examina el concepto que Dalcroze tenia acerca del entrenamiento auditivo y su aplicacion en la educacion musical, con el fin de desarrollar el oido interno y conseguir un equilibrio en la relacion mente-cuerpo de forma consciente. El objetivo de este analisis es mostrar el desarrollo de habilidades musicales, como la audicion, a traves de la musica, y su aplicacion en las aulas de Lenguaje Musical de un conservatorio llevado a cabo de forma mas efectiva y creativa. Abstract: Jacques Dalcroze, a swiss composer and educator, famous for his musical method called Dalcroze Eurhythmic not only devoted to the study of rhythmic elements with movements through the space (the most popular aspect of this method) but also its concerns to develop a proper musical education which led him to create his own sol-fa technique. This article examines the concept that Jacques Dalcroze had about ear training and their application in music education, with the goal of develop the inner ear and achieve a balance of mind-body relationship in a conscious way. The objective of this analysis is to show the development of musical skills, such as listening, through music, and its implementation in the Musicianship's classrooms in a conservatory can be conducted more effectively and creatively.

Resumen: El presente articulo replantea el problema de la autoria de la Nueva filosofia de la naturaleza del hombre de una manera novedosa: desde el contenido de la obra. Buscando resolver el problema de la ambiguedad y contradicciones de la misma, propone la hipotesis de que a Miguel Sabuco corresponderia la parte fisiologica y psicosomatica, mientras que Oliva Sabuco habria dotado a esta de una arquitectura filosofica espanola renacentista, socratica cristiana, erasmista y neoestoica. Abstract: The current article again arises the issue of the authorship of the New Philosophy of Man’s Nature in a novel way: from the content of the play. Trying to solve the problem of its ambiguity and contradictions a new hypothesis is proposed here, that Miguel Sabuco is the author of the physiological and psychosomatic part whereas Oliva Sabuco would have provided it with a Renaissance Spanish philosophical architecture, which at the same time is Socratic-Christian, Erasmist and Neoestoic.

Resumen: Este estudio exploratorio tiene como objetivo dar a conocer aspectos ligados con la parentalidad homosexual, ahondando en las experiencias de ser padres gays y madres lesbianas y en su funcion educadora. En la investigacion participan cuatro familias homoparentales con hijos e hijas en edad escolar. A traves del empleo de entrevistas en profundidad analizamos sus discursos sobre los temas resenados. Los resultados mas importantes indican que la orientacion homosexual de las parejas determina prioridades educativas y pautas de socializacion en la crianza de los menores. En este marco de educacion familiar, cobran especial relevancia la educacion en valores asi como medidas preventivas orientadas a contrarrestar posibles efectos negativos que su homosexualidad puede ocasionar a sus hijos e hijas. El articulo concluye con una reflexion en torno al binomio familia- escuela, y al reconocimiento de las familias homoparentales en los centros escolares. Four homoparental families with sons and daughters in their primary school years participate in the research. By the use of in-depth interviews, we analyze their discourses about the outlined topics. The most important results show that the sexual orientation of couples determines educational priorities and socialization guidelines in the upbringing of children. In this frame of family education, a concern for values and preventive measures intended to counteract possible negative effects that their homosexuality may cause their sons and daughters are especially considered. The article concludes with a reflection on the family-school partnership, and the acknowledgement of homoparental families in schools.
