Study on poly methods of imidazolium ionic liquid stationary phase in capillary gas chromatography 咪唑离子液体固定相毛细管气相色谱聚法研究

1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium ionic liquids were synthesized and polymerized respectively in-column or out-column as stationary phases in capillary gas chromatography. The influences of different polymerized precedure were studied. The results indicated that 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosephate ionic liquids possessed good column coating property and a chromatographic separation ability after polymerized either in-column or out-column. While the column by polymerized outside had better column efficiency than that in column. The Grobs mixture, alcohols, alkanes and aromatic position isomers, such as xylene, nitrotoluene, dichlorobenzene and cresol were separated well. This polymerized ionic liquid gave potential to separate some complex compounds including alcohol, amine, ester etc.

The toxicity of urban sewage on embryos of zebrafish 城市污水对斑马鱼胚胎的毒性

[Objective]To determine influence of urban sewage to zebrafish embryos and their larvas hatched into. [Method]By using of static method, toxic effects of urban sewage treated or untreated on zebrafish embryos and larvas were observed under control conditions in laboratory. Furthermore, their possible toxic mechanisms were also discussed. [Result]The sewage of M sewage treatment plant in AnNing District, Lanzhou, the effluent of contact tank of M sewage treatment plant, the effluent directly poured into the Yellow River from contact pool of M sewage treatment plant, all of them had toxicity to the embryos, and EC50 of 72h was between 21.384% and 108.492%. Similarly, toxicity of water samples to larvas hatched from embryos treated was very obvious, too. [Conclusion]Those sewage mentioned above could reduce hatchability of zebrafish embryos, and increase toxicity to embryos and deformity to their larvas.
[目的]探讨城市污水对斑马鱼胚胎及其孵化成的幼虫的影响。[方法]采用静态法,在实验室对照条件下,观察城市污水处理和未经处理对斑马鱼胚胎和幼虫的毒性影响。并对其可能的毒性机制进行了讨论。[结果]兰州市安宁区M污水处理厂污水、M污水处理厂接触池出水、M污水处理厂接触池直接排入黄河的污水对胚胎均有毒性,72h EC50在21.384% ~ 108.492%之间。同样,水样对经过处理的胚胎孵化的幼虫的毒性也非常明显。[结论]上述污水会降低斑马鱼胚胎的孵化率,增加对胚胎的毒性和对幼鱼的畸形。

The impact of meteorological factors on manufacturing economy: A quantitative analysis based on trans-log production fuction 气象因素对制造业经济的影响:基于跨对数生产函数的定量分析

The impact of temperature and precipitation to Nanjing manufacturing economy was analyzed by using TRANSLOG model. The results of model estimated by randge regression method show that the average boundary output elasticity of temperature and precipitation factor to the manufacturing undulation output value are −0.1813 and −0.0683 respectively, which means both of temperature and precipitation have negative impact on Nanjing manufacturing. Over the long term, negative impact of temperature presents a weakening trend, while the one of precipitation presents a further increasing trend. In general, the proportion of temperature influence on Nanjing manufacturing total output is 1.7456%, while the proportion of precipitation is 0.6493%.
利用TRANSLOG模型分析了温度和降水对南京制造业经济的影响。采用极差回归方法估计的模型结果表明,温度和降水因子对制造业波动产值的平均边界输出弹性分别为- 0.1813和- 0.0683,表明温度和降水对南京制造业均有负向影响。从长期来看,温度的负影响呈减弱趋势,而降水的负影响呈进一步增强趋势。总体而言,温度对南京制造业总产出的影响比例为1.7456%,降水对南京制造业总产出的影响比例为0.6493%。

Extraction and analysis of natural antibacterial components from peanut hulls 花生壳中天然抗菌成分的提取与分析

The investigation reported here deals with a bioactivity guided extraction of natural antibacterial components from powdered dried peanut hulls. By orthogonal experiment and single factor experiments, the extraction was optimized with regard to solvents and operational parameters, such as temperature, solid-to-liquid ratio, and extraction time. Ethyl acetate solvent was found to be optimum in combination with extraction time of 5.0h, leaching temperature of 60°C, and solidto-liquid ratio of 1∶35. The extracts showed distinct antibiotic activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Escherichia coli. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) were 0.063 mg/mL, 0.500 mg/mL, and 0.250 mg/mL respectively, and the minimum bactericidal concentrations (MBCs) were 0.125 mg/mL, 1.000 mg/mL, and 0.500 mg/mL respectively. The antibacterial activity was stable under various conditions such as heat treatment (60°C to 121°C) and pH range 4–9.

Ecological capital assessment in arid areas using remotely sensed data: A case study in Shihezi area 基于遥感数据的干旱区生态资本评价——以石河子地区为例

The Earth ecological systems offer fundamental resources and services for human social and economic development. The assessment of ecological values and services, significant for ecological and environmental protection, is mainly based on ecology and economics principles and has emphasized on the use of remote sensing and GIS technology in recent years. This paper presents a case study in which the MODIS data were used to retrieve important variables such fractional vegetation cover, net primary productivity, and so on that were incorporated into the modelling of ecological capital (EC) in Shihezi area, Xinjiang. The model for ecological capital assessment was built using the MODIS retrievals, meteorological observation, and in-situ measurements, and used to estimate the spatial distribution of the values of EC in the south Junggar border in the years from 2000 to 2009. The results indicate that the EC values of the grasslands and water bodies account for a large portion of the total in the study area. The spatial distribution of the EC is uneven, exhibiting high values in the south and low in the north of the study area. The capital values in the last ten years have been totally reduced down in the area, and the components of the capital values have varied to some extent. This was mainly caused by two reasons: climate change and human activities. The fluctuation of precipitation and rising-up temperature are main natural factors that caused the reduction and variation of regional EC values. On the other hand, the Shihezi Oasis and the surrounding areas are characterized as strong human interference in the last 50 years or so such as agricultural and urban land development, and overgrazing. The findings show that the EC has been threatened in the south Junggar border since 2000 and more restrictive policy and measures for ecological protection is necessary.

Study on the salinity auto-monitoring system based on GPRS 基于GPRS的盐度自动监测系统研究

The structure and the principle of the sea-water salinity auto-monitoring system based on GPRS are provided. This system integrates modern wireless communication technology, the signal gathering technology and computer network technology. MSC1210 is used in data collection system in order to make this system accurate and fast. The system has the strong points of Internet and GSM. One side the low communication fee remote online environmental monitoring system has been accomplished; the other side the reliability and real time have been improved remarkably. The result shows that the system has high reliability and it is fit for data collection of temperature and salinity. Used this system, the labor strength of experimental person can be relieved a lot.

Study on the relationships between anticancer activities of ITCs and its structure ITCs抗癌活性与其结构关系的研究

The inhibition activity to human lung cancer cells A549 of five ITCs were tested by MTT. The relationships between the electronic structure and anticancer activity were analyzed by the parameters of the geometry, Mulliken populations and the atomic frontier electron densities, which were optimized by DMol3 module. The results showed that carbon atom of the ITCs in the group of N=C=S was the main electrophonic reaction site, and sulfonyl or sulfur in the side chain was the secondary site. The analysis proved that the anticancer activities of ITCs were relative to the negative charge populations, delocalization of frontier molecular orbital and the energy gaps of HOMO-LUMO.

A study of WebGIS system based on SVG standard 基于SVG标准的WebGIS系统研究

SVG is issued by the w3c open Web graphics standards. It is applied widely because of its graphic scalable, small size of storage, interactivity and so on. This article from the spatial data expression and architecture are introduced SVG technology in application of WebGIS. And By using of SuperMap IS.NET6, Liaocheng University campus WebGIS system is designed and implemented based on Ajax and SVG. Finally the author iscussed the possible problems of SVG technology in application of WebGIS in future and Proposed solutions.

The measurement of dynamic relationship between urban land expansion and economic growth in Chongqing 重庆城市用地扩张与经济增长动态关系测度

This paper empirically analyzed the relationship between construction land expansion and economic growth in Chongqing by co-integration test, Granger causality analysis and impulse response. The results show that: (1) There is a long-run cointegrated relationship between construction land expansion and economic growth, and the change of them have the homogeneity; (2) Economic growth is the Granger cause of construction land expansion, while construction land expansion is not the Granger cause of economic growth; (3) Construction land expansion makes a small contribution to economic growth, and with lag phase prolonged, the contribution rate becomes stable, and economic growth is significantly affected by its own rather than by construction land expansion; (4) The contribution rate of economic growth to construction land expansion reaches up to more than 90%, and economic growth is the dominant factor which drives the expansion of construction land.
本文运用协整检验、格兰杰因果分析和脉冲响应等方法对重庆市建设用地扩张与经济增长的关系进行实证分析。结果表明:(1)建设用地扩张与经济增长之间存在长期协整关系,且二者变化具有同质性;(2)经济增长是建设用地扩张的格兰杰原因,建设用地扩张不是经济增长的格兰杰原因;(3)建设用地扩张对经济增长的贡献率较小,随着滞后期的延长,贡献率趋于稳定,经济增长受建设用地扩张的影响大于受建设用地扩张的影响;(4)经济增长对建设用地扩张的贡献率高达90%以上,经济增长是推动建设用地扩张的主导因素。
