This study aims to explain the effect of work stress, work environment, and job characteristics on work spirit. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of the Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. The population in this study were all civil servants at the Secretariat. The sampling technique used was probability sampling. The number of sample were 130 respondents. The data were collected through distribution of questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis i.e multiple linear regression.. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on work spirit, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work spirit, and job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on work spirit. The implication of this result is in endeavor to improve employee performance, the government may arrange programs to reduce work stress, improve work environment, and strengthen job characteristics. We extend the literature on how managerial trait relates to corporate financing decisions by documenting that firms run by female CEOs have lower leverage than otherwise similar firms run by male CEOs. We employ a database containing firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2021. The results are robust in controlling for the variable of firm maturity and corporate governance. We further document that this risk-avoidance behaviour of female CEO appears to lead to distortions in the value maximisation process. However, risk-averted female CEO in a small size company optimise corporate firm value more than in a big size company. Repurchase intention is a reflection of consumer behavior to buy the same brand in the future. Many factors influence repurchase intention including brand image, product quality, and store atmosphere. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of brand image, product quality, and store atmosphere on consumers' repurchase intentions. The study was conducted at H&M retail stores using purposive sampling method with the number of samples used as many as 120 people. The method of data collection in this study was through the distribution of research instruments in the form of a google form questionnaire, analyzed by regression analysis. The results showed that brand image, product quality, and store atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on customers' repurchase intentions. It is hoped that H&M will improve various aspects related to brand image, product quality, and store atmosphere so as to increase repurchase intentions. Return saham ialah keuntungan untuk investor yang didapat dari hasil penanaman modal serta timbal balik dari keberanian investor menanggung resiko dari investasi yang dilakukan. Karena ketidakpastian return yang didapat oleh investor, maka dilakukan analisis fundamental salah satunya analisis fundamental perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh faktor fundamental perusahaan yang dilihat dari rasio keuangan yang diproksikan dengan rasio ROA, ROE, DER, EPS, PER, dan PBV terhadap return saham di perusahaan Indeks Papan Utama yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2019 dan 2020. Sampel sebanyak 188 perusahaan dengan tahun pengamatan selama 2 tahun sehingga diperoleh data sebanyak 376 amatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ROA, ROE, EPS, PER, dan PBV berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada return saham, sedangkan DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada return saham. Profitability is a ratio that can assess how the VCI's ability to generate profits is. The high profitability of the LPD indicates a good VCI performance. This study aims to determine the effect of credit risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk on profitability. This research was conducted at the VCI in the District of Bebandem, Karangasem Regency, Bali 2015-2019. The data collection method used is a non-behavioral observation method with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that credit risk has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Operational risk has negative and significant effect on profitability. Liquidity Risk has positive and significant effect on Profitability. VCI profitability can be maximized by applying the principle of prudence, monitoring and supervising VCI operations to minimize expenses and provide sufficient liquidity and balanced with good credit distribution. Performance is something that employees do or don't do so that affects how much they contribute to the agency or organization, including the quality of production results they present. This research was conducted at UD. Windhu Sari. Using the saturated sampling method, the total population is 46 employees, and the number of samples taken is 46 employees. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that proper compensation and high job satisfaction greatly affect the level of performance of employees at UD. Windhu Sari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap niat pembelian ulang, untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap niat pembelian ulang. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan survei kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dengan bantuan google form dan diukur menggunakan skala likert. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling sejumlah 110 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Penelitian ini menunjukkan inovasi produk dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian ulang, dan inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan pakaian merek Lanakila Bali serta kepuasan pelanggan merupakan pemediasi pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap niat pembelian ulang pada pakaian merek Lanakila Bali. The goal of the study was to determine the influence of transformational leadership on organizational support on Jumping Stone Coffee and Grill employees. The study was conducted at Jumping Stone Coffee and Grill. The sample number is as many as 50 people, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through google form. The analysis technique performed is a simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that transformational leadership partially has a significant effect on organizational support. This shows that the greater the transformational leadership felt by employees, the greater the organizational support felt by jumping Stone Coffee and Grill Denpasar employees. Transformational leadership on the part of management is needed to teach employees to grow in order to increase organizational support that employees feel. Organizational commitment is an attitude that reflects the extent to which an individual knows and relies more on his organization, which is committed to reliable habits, plans to stay longer in the organization, and increases more effort at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and fairness on organizational commitment. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, Denpasar with a population of 81 people and using a saturated sample in which the entire population is sampled. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive data techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that job satisfaction and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. It is hoped that with this research, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Denpasar can pay more attention to work procedures at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Denpasar in order to create a sense of satisfaction and fairness in employees so as to create a sense of commitment to the employees themselves. Perkembangan media teknologi komunikasi di Indonesia saat ini semakin canggih dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan tidak dapat dihindarkan. Seperti bertambah banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan media komunikasi berupa handphone. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian, sikap terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan peran sikap dalam memediasi pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Iphone di Kota Gianyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dalam pengumpulan data, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 190 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Iphone di Kabupaten Gianyar. Gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap pengguna Iphone Iphone di Kabupaten Gianyar. Sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Iphone di Kabupaten Gianyar.
