This study examines the general characteristics of reeducation and perceptions of reeducation. And to find out the relationship between educational satisfaction and management performance. For this purpose, an analysis was conducted through a questionnaire to beauty workers. First, the general characteristics of reeducation are as follows. Re-education completion institutions have the most majors in beauty-related departments, Most of them had more than 10 years of cosmetic experience. More than half of respondents said that retraining was necessary, and the most information was obtained from the Internet and SNS. The number of retraining was 1-6 times, and the biggest purpose was to improve cutting skills. The educational institutions are a beauty shop and a re-education institution, and they were paying the education fee for this. Most thought that periodic training was necessary, but Lack of time was the biggest problem. Second, the perception of beauty workers retraining had an impact on the satisfaction level of education. It was because there was a belief that retraining would improve professionalism. However, most of them had low determination for reeducation. Third, ‘multiple regression analysis’ was used to verify the effect of satisfaction with beauty workers' retraining on business performance. The biggest factor in satisfaction with retraining was the improvement in sales. Satisfaction with the improvement of professionalism in reeducation was relatively low. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop a measurement scale for a more in-depth analysis of reeducation targeting beauty workers. In addition, for the correct measurement of retraining satisfaction, an approach based on other dimensions besides professional satisfaction and sales performance is needed. It is necessary to verify the relationship between the recognition of beauty practitioners' reeducation, the professionalism that meets the rapidly changing consumption trend, and the consequent satisfaction with reeducation on the management performance. And from the customer's point of view, it is necessary to analyze the relationship between beauty trends, beauty shop loyalty, and user attitude.

This research empirically investigates the recognition of beauty major learners' perception of VR and their expectations for VR application education, because it is an efficient educational process that utilizes quaternary industry technology and VR in beauty education. A total of 61 learners from skin beauty, makeup & nail, cosmetics, and hair beauty related subjects participated in this research. Analysis results based on general characteristics It was found that the greater the learning experience with VR, the higher the overall VR awareness, the degree of VR awareness by sub-factor, and the degree of utilization of VR (p<.05). The higher the degree of interest in the latest technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the higher the degree of VR awareness (VR awareness, degree of utilization of VR), and the higher the degree of VR awareness, the higher the expectation of VR education application (p<.05). It was confirmed that beauty major learners expect visually sensitive reactions from major classes, and that the use of VR has a positive effect on education. In addition, the expansion of beauty major classes using VR is expected to be effective in education in a wide range of skin beauty, make-up, nail beauty, cosmetics, and hair beauty.

Frequent chemical treatments, such as dyeing and permanent waving, as well as the widespread use of heat-based hair styling devices, like flat irons and curling irons, can cause significant damage to hair fibers, leading to various adverse effects, such as dryness, breakage, split ends, and frizziness. Recently, there has been a trend towards using direct heat perms because they are time-saving, shorter in duration, and less complicated. However, as the damage to hair caused by direct perms increases, this study compares and analyzes the degree of damage to hair fibers caused by both direct heat perms and softening heat perms. Moreover, by comparing, analyzing, and evaluating the morphological changes to the hair surface and cross-section after each type of perm treatment based on hair condition, this study aims to objectively understand the effects of heat perms on hair and provide basic data for further research in this field.

This study investigated antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in order to confirm the possibility of functional materials that can improve skin diseases using Hemistepta lyrata Bunge extracts and solvent fractions. As a result of measuring the total polyphenol content, the content was high in EtOAc fraction, and then the BuOH fraction is next. As a result of measuring DPPH free radical scavenging activities, it was confirmed that BuOH fractions had superior antioxidant activity compared to other solvent fractions. In particular, in the case of EtOAc fraction, it was confirmed that the antioxidant ability was excellent even at a low concentration compared to other fractions in ABTS and FRAP assay. Through this, it was confirmed that the higher the total polyphenol content, the higher the antioxidant effect. In addition, as a result of verifying the inflammatory efficacy of the extract and the solvent fraction using the J774 cell line, it was confirmed that the NO level decreased when the extract and the solvent fraction were treated. In particular, it is determined that the ethyl acetate fraction having a high total polyphenol content has superior antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities and contains more active substances than other fractions. Therefore, in order to conduct additional research, it is determined that research on the compounds contained in the ethyl acetate fraction is necessary.

In this study, the relationship between grit, major satisfaction, and major commitment was investigated, and the influence between variables was more clearly identified by analyzing whether major satisfaction plays a mediating role in the influence of grit on major commitment. Through this, I would like to suggest practical ways to increase students' major commitment. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and Process macro. As a result of testing the mediating effect of major satisfaction in the relationship between grit and major commitment, it was confirmed that the mediating effect of major satisfaction was significant. In particular, it was concluded that major commitment was the highest when class satisfaction was high. Therefore, it is necessary to improve students' satisfaction with major classes and increase their major immersion by conducting interesting classes using various materials that can help students understand the contents of classes well.

First, this study examined the theoretical background through analysis of previous studies related to the socially disadvantaged, access to hair salons, and space. Second, in order to find out the need for beauty salon evaluation indicators, a survey was conducted on hair salon recognition and necessity, and frequency analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0. Third, in order to increase the reliability of the salon space evaluation index, verification and supplementation were conducted through expert advice, and finally, the salon space evaluation index was derived. Fourth, based on the derived evaluation indicators, the evaluation was conducted by visiting the hair salon on-site, and the following research results were obtained after frequency analysis through SPSS 26.0. As a result of the survey on the recognition and necessity of the salon, the uncomfortable space of the salon could be identified through the entrance. In the reliability verification of the expert group, it was proposed to install a guide sign, install a safety handle, and install a braille block. Based on the evaluation index of hair salon space, the frequency analysis showed that all hair salons were “very not” in equal use and easy operation of facility space, and all hair salons were “very not” in equal use, safety, and easy operation of shampoo space. In addition, all hair salons were found to be “very different” in terms of easy operation of waiting spaces, equal use of counter spaces, equal use of entrances, and flexibility in use.

This study analyzed differences in scalp/hair self-recognition and scalp/hair care behavior based on general characteristics and lifestyles of university students residing in China. A survey was conducted on 390 university students attending universities in Northeast China (Liaoning, Heilongjiang) and North China (Shanxi, Hebei), and the analysis results are as follows. The rate of female subjects was high at 83.8%, and 64.1% of the subjects were using 1,000-2,000 yuan per month as pocket money, which is 180,000 won to 400,000 won per month when converted into Korean money. Of lifestyle factors, stress, smoking, exercise habits, diet, lifestyle, etc. had a significant effect on scalp/hair self-recognition and scalp/hair management behavior. Stress showed a significant difference in both scalp selfperception (F=7.777, p=0.000) and hair self-perception (F=3.734, p=0.025), and smoking also showed a significant difference in scalp self-perception (t=2.115, p=0.35). There was also a significant difference (t=3.039, p=0.003) in smoking and scalp/hair care behaviors as well as significant differences in scalp self-recognition (F=4.908, p=0.008) based on exercise habits. It was found that the higher the stress, the more frequent smoking, and the less exercising were more concerned about the health of scalp and hair. In addition, it w as found that the more frequent the diet and the more regular the life pattern, the better the scalp condition was perceived and the scalp and hair management behavior was superior. The above results suggest that Chinese college students were also very interested in scalp and hair, and that the scalp and hair care industry could develop in China. In order to expand Korea's scalp and hair care industry to China, it is required to develop relevant contents and prepare an education system. This study has limitations in that the research subjects are limited to college students living in Northeast China. Therefore, it is considered necessary to expand the study to southern China or expand the target country in the future.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of the expanded marketing mix factors of hair shop on customer citizenship behavior. This study was attempted to verify through the mediating effect of perceived value and the moderating effect of personality type in this influence relationship. Data collection in this study distributed 310 questionnaires, and 271 copies were used for the final analysis. the main analysis results derived through data analysis are as follows. First, it was found that the expanded marketing mix had a significant effect on perceived value and customer citizenship behavior. Second, among the expanded marketing mix factors, People and Evidence factors had a positive effect in common on perceived value and customer citizenship behavior. Third, the perception of perceived value in the influence relationship between the expanded marketing mix and customer citizenship behavior shows a mediating effect. In addition, it was found that introverted personality had a positive (+) moderating effect on the path of increasing customer citizenship behavior. The results derived through this study would have helped the hair shop marketing plan and basic data acquisition. In other words, it's important to have an outgoing customer who directly requires the requirements, but paying more attention to less expressive introverts is more effective at boosting customer’s citizenship behavior.
