In this work we bring the results of the new Timiryazevskaya 42 triticale cultivar potential productivity analysis at different amount of nitrogen fertilizer application. Field experiments held in between 2016 and 2018 on podzol soil showed that increase of fertilizer dose led to the increased yield from 14% to 140%. Timiryazevskaya 42 variety is responsive to the high levels of mineral fertilizer. Dose equal to 150 kg of active ingredient (AI) per 1 hectare (ha) applied during sowing forms an average 12,5 tons per hectare yield of grain. Analysis showed that by using two parameters spike realization coefficient (SRC) and spike mass in the bloom, one can predict the yield maximum and the level of plant potential realization in the middle of vegetation period. Wherein, under favorable weather conditions, the dependence of the studied parameters and the obtained biological productivity at different doses of nitrogen fertilizers is much higher. In 2018, Timiryazevskaya 42 showed the greatest dependence (r = 0.82) of yield on SRC. A study of the formation of crop structure elements showed that the highest correlation (average for three years) was found between biological productivity and the amount of grain per spike (r = 0.62), and between biological productivity and productive bushiness (r = 0.89). Keywords— spring triticale, potential productivity, biological productivity, nitrogen fertilizers, spike realization coefficient

The purpose of this study was to develop a method of qualitative and quantitative assessment of biologically active substances of P. fruticosa L. herb. As object of study was used P. fruticosa L. herb. We used the method of high performance liquid chromatography in reversed-phase variant. As a result of chromatography, it was found that the chromatographic system used can effectively separate and identify the polyphenol complex of the herb P. fruticosus L. The chromatogram shows that the polyphenol complex of the herb P. fruticosus L. consists of the glycosides quercetin, kaempferol, rhamnetin, procyanidins, ellagotannins and ellagic acid and chlorogenic acid. Aglycones were found in the hydrolysis products: quercetin, kempferol, ellagic acid, and trace amounts of rhamnetin. Thus, as a result of this study, the composition of the polyphenolic complex of the herb P. fruticosus L. was established, including the glycosides of quercetin, kaempferol, rhamnetin, proacyanidins, ellagic acid and ellagotannins. A method has been developed for the quantitative determination of the sum of aglycones of grass polyphenols of P. fruticosus L., which is based on the principle of extraction with the simultaneous hydrolysis of glycosides of polyphenols to aglycones and their subsequent chromatographic determination by high performance liquid chromatography and quantification using absolute calibration. Keywords—P. fruticosa L. herb, RP HPLC, quercetin glycosides, kaempferol glycosides, rhamnetin glycosides, proacyanidins, elagic acid, ellagotannins

Authentication of Syringa varieties is required in all major collections. The initial information left by the originators does not make it possible to uniquely identify the varietal affiliation of the samples. In most existing descriptions of varieties, even detailed ones, subjective categories are largely used. The most interesting for the study of intraspecific and intragenital variability, molecular genetic studies, introduction and selection work, as well as for practical gardening are varieties belonging to the S. vulgaris and S. × hyacinthiflora. The aim of the study was to identify a set of constant morphological features that allow us to reliably distinguish and identify varieties of S. vulgaris and S. ×hyacinthiflora. On the basis of long-term observations of the collection of lilacs MBG RAS compiled a sample passport varieties of lilacs, which is an expanded detailed unified description. Of the selected features, 44 were the basis for "Methods of testing for distinctiveness, homogeneity and stability SYRINGA L.» No 12-06/32 from 02.08.2010, FSI State Commission of the Russian Federation for testing and protection of breeding achievements (RTG/1086/1).

This article studies the action and biocompatibility of the developed montmorillonite-containing preparation “Sorbent” on experimental animals with its longterm use. The local irritating effect of the “Sorbent” preparation was evaluated by its effect on the gastric mucosa of animals with experimental ulcerative pathology. The size of the most common particles in the suspension is 5-8 microns. The experiments were carried out on white rats of the Wistar line and non-linear Hartley guinea pigs. To identify the irritating effect, the drug was administered to animals in therapeutic doses of 200 mg/kg and three times the conditionally therapeutic dose 600 mg/kg of body weight. Destructive changes in the stomachs of experimental animals were studied macroscopically. The ulcerogenic effect was evaluated by calculating the Pauls index. Keywords—enterosorbent, montmorillonite, ulcerative pathology, inflammatory process
