Рассмотрены подходы к описанию процесса социальной адаптации, его механизмов. Выделены проблемы адаптации вьетнамских студентов и их индивидуально-личностные особенности, способствующие успешной адаптации в российском вузе. Проанализированы предлагаемые исследователями модели и условия эффективности социальной адаптации обучающихся как основа для разработки системы поддержки данного процесса. Approaches to the description of the process of social adaptation and its mechanisms are considered. The problems of adaptation of Vietnamese students and their individual and personal characteristics that contribute to successful adaptation in a Russian university are highlighted. The models and conditions for the eff ectiveness of social adaptation of students proposed by researchers are analyzed as a basis for developing a support system for this process.

Определяются возможности среды Moodle в повышении эффективности учебного процесса. Система Moodle рассматривается как специально организованная образовательная среда, способствующая развитию компетенций обучающихся и реализующая основные цели информационных и коммуникационных технологий. Показано, как использование системы Moodle в образовательном процессе позволяет сформировать у студентов способность к самостоятельному поиску, непрерывному самообразованию и творчеству. Акцентируется внимание на важности самостоятельной работы студентов. Дано описание электронного учебно-методического курса «Английский язык для студентов технических специальностей» по дисциплине «Иностранный язык» для обучения студентов технических специальностей. Делается вывод о том, что электронная образовательная система может быть использована в качестве дополнения к аудиторной работе, студенты могут использовать систему для самостоятельного освоения любых материалов и восполнения пробелов в своих знаниях. The possibilities of the Moodle environment in improving the effi ciency of the educational process are determined. The Moodle system is considered as a specially organized educational environment that promotes the development of students’ competencies and implements the main goals of information and communication technologies. The use of the Moodle system in the educational process allows students to form the ability for independent search, continuous self-education and creativity. Attention is focused on the importance of independent work of students. The description of the electronic educational and methodological course “English for students of technical specialties” in the discipline “Foreign language” for teaching students of technical specialties is given. It is concluded that the electronic educational system can be used as a supplement to classroom work. Students can use the system to independently master any materials and fi ll in gaps in their knowledge.

Рассматриваются вопросы значимости процесса образования, предполагающего активизацию внутренних механизмов мотивации студентов к обучению. Приводится авторское определение субъектной активности студента в учебно-профессиональной деятельности. Посредством эмпирического изучения личностных качеств студентов, реально проявляемых в образовательном пространстве вуза, выявлены и обоснованы три уровня развития субъектной активности и мотивации, тесно связанные с уровнями сформированности субъектной позиции обучающегося. Изучена динамика изменения личностных показателей: уровень мотивации и сформированности субъектной позиции. Представлены данные экспериментального исследования по определению уровней сформированности субъектной позиции студентов медицинского вуза на основе диагностики личности на наличие субъектной активности и мотивации к успешной деятельности на этапе обучения в вузе. The issues of the signifi cance of the educational process, which involves the activation of internal mechanisms of students’ motivation for learning, are considered. The author’s defi nition of the student’s subjective activity in educational and professional activities is given. Through an empirical study of the personal qualities of students that are actually manifested in the educational space of the university, three levels of development of subjective activity and motivation are identifi ed and substantiated, closely related to the levels of formation of the student’s subjective position. The dynamics of changes in personal indicators has been studied: the level of motivation and the formation of the subjective position. The data of an experimental study to determine the levels of formation of the subject position of students of a medical university based on personality diagnostics for the presence of subjective activity and motivation for successful activity at the stage of training at a university are presented.

Рассматривается структура и дисциплины вариативной части учебного плана бакалавриата по направлению «Дизайн», описываются особенности образовательной деятельности студентов, обучающихся по данному направлению в вузе. Креативность обучающихся определяется как одно из условий развития информационного пространства университета, ориентированного на активную инновационную деятельность по организации учебного процесса. Описываются особенности креативного мышления студентов, связанные с развитием их творческих способностей. Представлены цель и методы исследования оценки эффективности ЕГЭ как инструмента отбора студентов в вузы с точки зрения когнитивной психологии, ряд научно-исследовательских задач, исследования. Сделан вывод о том, что ментальная схема, используемая в рамках ЕГЭ, ориентирована на формирование у обучающихся фасеточного («мозаичного») типа мышления, не способствует успешному обучению в вузе, приводит к возникновению сильнейшего когнитивного диссонанса, вызывает стресс, депрессию у студентов. Предложены подходы к изменению данной ситуации. The purpose and methods of studying the eff ectiveness of the USE as a tool for selecting students to universities from the point of view of cognitive psychology, a number of research tasks, and research are presented. It is concluded that the mental scheme used in the USE is focused on the formation of a faceted (“mosaic”) type of thinking in students, does not contribute to successful learning at a university, leads to the emergence of severe cognitive dissonance, and causes stress and depression in students. Approaches to change this situation are proposed.

Приведен опыт Университета Правительства Москвы по созданию новых обучающих форматов – образовательных треков для развития сотрудников органов исполнительной власти и подведомственных им организаций Правительства Москвы. Обосновано, что применение образовательных треков позволяет связать результаты оценки компетенций сотрудника с его дальнейшим обучением, помочь ему вместе с руководителем выстроить свою образовательную траекторию. Рассмотрены персональные образовательные треки развития, востребованные сотрудниками органов власти и организаций города Москвы. Представлены подходы к разработке командных треков развития, примеры разработанных Университетом Правительства Москвы командных программ. Показаны основные этапы оценки эффективности персонального и командного обучения. Сделан вывод о том, что образовательные треки мотивируют сотрудника и команду к самообучению, дают возможность самостоятельно планировать время на развитие и создают продуктивную среду для построения обучающейся организации. The experience of the Moscow Government University in creating new training formats – educational tracks for the development of employees of executive authorities and subordinate organizations of the Moscow Government is given. It is substantiated that the use of educational tracks makes it possible to link the results of an employee’s competency assessment with his further training, to help him build his educational trajectory together with his manager. The personal educational tracks of development, demanded by employees of authorities and organizations of the city of Moscow, are considered. Approaches to the development of team development tracks, examples of team programs developed by the University of the Government of Moscow are presented. The main stages of evaluating the eff ectiveness of personal and team training are shown. It is concluded that educational tracks motivate the employee and the team to self-learning, provide an opportunity to independently plan time for development and create a productive environment for building a learning organization.

Рассматривается динамика изменения численности студентов разных форм обучения в федеральных округах страны. Анализируются тенденции на рынке труда в сфере информационных технологий. Сравниваются требования работодателей к уровню образования кандидатов с помощью анализа открытых данных по вакансиям и резюме сайта рекрутмента «Работа России». Сопоставляются требования работодателей к уровню знаний будущих кандидатов и содержание учебных планов соответствующих направлений подготовки. The dynamics of changes in the number of students of diff erent forms of education in the federal districts of the country is considered. The trends in the labor market in the fi eld of information technology are analyzed. The requirements of employers to the level of education of candidates are compared using the analysis of open data on vacancies and a summary of the recruitment site “Work of Russia”. The requirements of employers to the level of knowledge of future candidates and the content of the curricula of the relevant areas of training are compared.

Сопоставляются требования работодателей к уровню знаний будущих кандидатов и содержание учебных планов соответствующих направлений подготовки.\u0000 The dynamics of changes in the number of students of diff erent forms of education in the federal districts of the country is considered. The trends in the labor market in the fi eld of information technology are analyzed. The requirements of employers to the level of education of candidates are compared using the analysis of open data on vacancies and a summary of the recruitment site “Work of Russia”. Обосновывается актуальность формирования экологической компетентности студентов как важнейшего показателя эффективности экологического образования. Приводится анализ возможности использования метода проектов при изучении экологических дисциплин в вузе, выделяются его достоинства как средства формирования экологической компетентности обучающихся. Обсуждаются результаты проведенного педагогического эксперимента. Рассмотрены компоненты и определен уровень готовности студентов к проектной деятельности. Выявлена высокая степень удовлетворенности обучающихся проектной деятельностью. Сделан вывод о том, что проектная деятельность является эффективным методом повышения уровня экологической компетентности студентов. The relevance of the formation of environmental competence of students as the most important indicator of the eff ectiveness of environmental education is substantiated. The analysis of the possibility of using the method of projects in the study of environmental disciplines at the university is given, its advantages are highlighted as a means of forming the environmental competence of students. The results of the conducted pedagogical experiment are discussed. The components are considered and the level of readiness of students for project activities is determined. A high degree of student satisfaction with project activities was revealed. It is concluded that project activities are an eff ective method of increasing the level of environmental competence of students.

Рассматривается витальность как характеристика современного студента, специалиста. Приведен обзор зарубежного и отечественного опыта исследования витальности. Показано воздействие учебной нагрузки на витальность обучающихся. Выявлены разноплановые факторы, способные повышать и понижать уровень витальности. Проанализированы определенные социальнопсихологические качества и их влияние на витальность. Подтверждены гипотезы о связи витальности с различными личностными качествами и действиями обучающихся. Сделан вывод о важности поддержки и развития витальности преподавателями для обеспечения успешности современного студента. Vitality is considered as a characteristic of a modern student, specialist. A review of foreign and domestic experience in the study of vitality is given. The impact of the training load on the vitality of students is shown. Diverse factors that can increase and decrease the level of vitality have been identifi ed. Certain socio-psychological qualities and their infl uence on vitality are analyzed. Hypotheses about the connection of vitality with various personal qualities and actions of students are confi rmed. The conclusion is made about the importance of support and development of vitality by teachers to ensure the success of a modern student.
