How the Managerial Environment Effects on Corporate Entrepreneurship: Evidence from Turkey 管理环境对企业创业的影响——来自土耳其的证据

This paper aims to investigate the mediating role of organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) between charismatic leadership (CL) and corporate entrepreneurship (CE), as well as to examine the moderator effect of ethical climate on the relationships between charismatic leadership (CL) and corporate entrepreneurship (CE). Structural equation modeling ıs performed to test the proposed relations using data collected from 425 white-collar workers in Istanbul. The analysis results show charismatic leadership, organizational citizenship behaviors, and ethical climate to positively and significantly correlate with corporate entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, principled local ethical climate has a moderator effect between charismatic leadership and organizational citizenship as it strengthens the positive relationship between them. This means that better ethical environmental conditions strengthen the positive effect of charismatic leadership on corporate entrepreneurship. This study contributes to the literature by attempting some novelties such as: (a) testing the impact and importance level of ethical climate in the work environment of an emerging country such as Turkey, (b) investigating the moderating role of ethical climate on the relationship between charismatic leadership and corporate entrepreneurship, and (c) analyzing the mediating relationship among charismatic leadership, organizational citizenship behavior and corporate entrepreneurship and checking the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior over them.

Etik Liderlik ve Örgütsel Adalet: İletişim Tatmininin Aracı Rolü

Öz: Gerek kurumsal yönetişim gerekse stratejik yönetim uygulamalarında liderlerin etik karar alma süreçleri giderek daha fazla dikkat çekmektedir. Adil ve yüksek etik standartlara uygun davranan etik liderlik davranışı, örgütte adalet algısının da önemli bir öncülü olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Her ne kadar etik lider değerlerini açıklayarak ve davranışlarıyla rol model olsa da çalışanın iletişim tatmin düzeyi, performansını ve hatta örgütsel adalet algısını etkileyen önemli bir unsurdur. Çalışmanın amacı, çalışanın iletişim tatmin düzeyinin etik liderlik ile örgütsel adalet algısı ilişkisinde aracı etkisi olup olmadığının tespitidir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, 222 beyaz yakalı çalışandan oluşmaktadır. Liderlik davranışının örgütte yarattığı etkileşimsel ve dağıtımsal adalet algıları üzerinde, iş arkadaşlarıyla iletişimin ve üstlerle iletişim tatminin tam aracı etkisi görülmüştür. Ayrıca etik liderlik ve dağıtımsal adalet algısı üzerinde örgütsel bütünleşme ve işlemsel adalet algısında kişisel geri bildirim boyutları aracı etkiye sahiptir. Araştırma sonuçları, etik bir çalışma ortamının yaratılabilmesi için liderin adil davranarak model olurken etkin sonuçlar elde edebilmesi için iletişim uygulamalarının arttırılmasının önemine vurgularken hangi boyutlara öncelik verilmesi gerekliliğini de açıklamaktadır.
Öz:公司治理的需要是在战略治理应用中更加关注领导者的道德流程。正义的道德行为和高道德标准也是对本组织理解正义的一大挑战。就道德领导力而言,沟通水平、绩效,甚至组织对正义的理解都是一个榜样。这项工作的目的是确保员工的沟通满意度对组织司法观念的道德领导力产生影响。这项研究的例子是222名白领。在领导层在组织中创造的互动和分布式的正义概念上,与同事的接触和接触满意度的全面影响已经显现出来。此外,在道德领导和伸张正义方面,组织整合和处理正义对个人报告层面产生了影响。研究结果还解释了在通信应用程序能够取得成果的程度上需要优先考虑,因为它是创造合乎道德的工作环境的典范。

This study aims to reveal the relationship of hotel employees’ perceptions of ethicality and person-organization fit with organizational commitment. As this concept is closely related to ethical values, halal hotel enterprises have been chosen for the sample. Measuring the relationship in this study among employees’ perceptions of ethicality, person-organization fit, and organizational commitment within the scope of halal hotel enterprises will help human resources make better decisions, make a significant contribution to the academic literature, and provide important information to businesses and employers in this new and rapidly growing market. This study primarily investigates whether values, organization’s ethical values in halal-conceptualized hotels, and the employees’ individual ethical values are compatible. The study then attempts to determine how employees perceive the organization’s ethical environment, whether their perceptions affect their adaptation and commitment to the organization, and if so, how. To this end, a questionnaire has been applied to 394 participants working in hotels conceived as being halal and that operate in various cities of Turkey. Duygusal Emeğin İşle Bütünleşme Üzerindeki Etkisinin Belirlenmesine Yönelik Bir Araştırma: Hizmet Sektöründe Özel İşletme Çalışanları 情感行为识别对整合影响的行政研究:服务业的私人工作人员

Emotional labor represents the work related to employees’ emotional efforts in the workplace. Employees’ emotional efforts that are in harmony with business ethics can be defined as emotional labor. In this study, the significant effect of emotional labor on work engagement was attempted to determine for service sector employees in private enterprises. For this purpose, a questionnaire form was applied from internet to service sector employees in private enterprises in Ankara. Accurate data was collected from 153 service-sector employees working in private enterprises. The relational pattern model was used in this quantitative research. Research findings indicate that natural feelings predict vigor and dedication, deep acting predicts absorption, and surface acting predicts vigor significantly. In addition, from socio-demographic variables income was found as a significant variable to predict vigor, dedication, and absorption. Gender was also found as a significant variable to predict vigor and dedication.

Teacher Training Policies in Japan in the Context of Ethical Values 伦理价值观背景下的日本教师培训政策

Email: ismail.karsantik@erdogan.edu.tr Abstract Teachers hold significant roles and responsibilities in providing ethics education and in teaching fundamental values to learners at schools. They also play a critical role in enabling learners to construct their own value systems in terms of performing modeling and guiding tasks. The purpose of this study is to investigate teacher training policies in Japan in the context of ethical values. In accordance with this purpose, the information obtained from the literature review has been collected under three headings that address: Confucian teaching in Japan, the importance of ethics education in teacher education programs, and the effects of Confucian teachings on teacher training. Ethical codes regarding Confucian teachings for teachers are emphasized in teacher-training policies. Based on the obtained data, Confucian teachings such as respect, responsibility, honesty, justice, loyalty and modesty have been indicated to be considerably valued in the Japanese teacher-training system.
