Research on the Improvement of Teaching Quality of Journalism and Communication Majors in Colleges and Universities by Using Social Media 运用社交媒体提高高校新闻传播专业教学质量的研究

At present, social media has long been an indispensable tool in people's lives. As a new media form, social media also has the characteristics of media. In the field of education, it can also play the role of carrying teaching content and building a bridge of bilateral interaction between teachers and students. This paper discusses the advantages of using social media in the teaching of journalism and communication specialty, such as convenience, effectiveness, extensiveness, interactivity and autonomy, and then discusses the teaching development of journalism and communication from the aspects of integrating multi-party teaching resources, linking academic and industry people, creating independent learning mode, building a new media practice platform, and improving teaching feedback and effect analysis.

Play Labor from the Perspective of Marx's Alienated Labor 从马克思的异化劳动看游戏劳动

The play labor under Marx's alienated labor vision refers to the play as the purpose of the labor, this kind of labor is affected by consumer culture, street sports activities, electronic games and so on. This article through the analysis of Marx's alienated labor theory, and from the daily life of the selection of electronic games this case to explain the alienation mechanism behind the play labor, pointing out the new situation of players being exploited by capital. This paper analyzes Marx's alienated labor theory and makes an in-depth analysis of "play labor from the perspective of Marx's alienated labor". Through the analysis, it can be seen that play labor is a special form of alienated labor which is influenced by consumer culture, street sports activities and electronic games. It not only makes people feel "invisibly enslaved", but also affects the way of behavior and thinking in People's Daily life. In the current social environment, people are used to accepting the fast-food culture, lack of judgment and self-control, it is easy to become a free worker in the game industry chain under the cover of the casual meaning of online games. With the deep integration and development of platform capitalism and information capitalism, digital media technology has gradually erased the boundaries between reality and virtual, leisure and labor. Scholars have attributed this behavior of participating in online games for the purpose of entertainment and leisure and generating a large amount of surplus value for game companies to a new form of digital labor -- play labor.

Artificial intelligence (AI) was introduced in 1956 by scientists from McCarthy and Minsky held at Dartmouth College in the United States. Its rapid development has a different depth of impact on all social strata, but also has a great impact on the education industry, especially for the future college students of the motherland. This paper uses the formal statistical data of the questionnaire to analyze and establish the mathematical model to understand the influence of artificial intelligence on college students in different aspects. First, the raw data is visualized and numericized. Secondly, the analysis results of the data are taken as the evaluation index and comprehensively considered from many aspects such as priority, scientificity and operability. We used principal component analysis and factor analysis to measure each index reasonably. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the influence of AI on college students' learning.

 In China, students have been facing significant academic pressure and a heavy homework burden, which has adverse effects on their physical and mental well-being. To address this issue, the “double reduction” policy was introduced, aiming to decrease the workload for students in compulsory education. However, this policy presents challenges for English teachers who must navigate their roles within the policy context while ensuring the quality of English teaching. This article utilizes literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and interviews to explore the roles of English teachers, including policy implementation, transformative educational approaches, homework design, efficient classroom practices, professional development, and student learning facilitation. The study proposes potential solutions to address common challenges encountered by English teachers in China.

Current Employment Situation and Countermeasures of Students in Chinese Higher Colleges and Universities 我国高校学生就业现状及对策

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the current situation of student employment and countermeasures in Chinese higher vocational colleges and universities. By analyzing the current situation, it is found that students of higher vocational colleges and universities are facing many challenges in the process of employment, including the severe form of employment rate, academic bias, unbalanced quality of education, lack of career planning and employment skills, and changes in the structure of talent demand. The specific reasons are as follows: imbalance of educational resources, unreasonable employment concepts, industry restructuring, skill matching problems, and lack of practical experience. Aiming at these status quo problems and reasons, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, including designing a good cultivation system at the school level, strengthening employment guidance services, carrying out entrepreneurship services, carrying out the matching of the talent market, deepening the co-operation between schools and enterprises, and strengthening the support of the government, and so on. By implementing these countermeasures, it is hoped that the employment competitiveness of students in higher vocational colleges and universities can be improved and their successful employment promoted.

Exploring the "Teaching and Learning" of Calculus Course from the Perspective of Teaching Connection 从教学衔接的角度探讨微积分课程的“教与学”

In the current Mathematics education system, there is an obvious disconnection between college mathematics (taking calculus as an example) and middle school mathematics. If the connection is not smooth, it will directly affect the teaching effect of college mathematics. This article analyzes the causes of poor connection from the perspectives of differences in teaching objectives and methods, disconnection and overlap in teaching content, differences in learning methods, external environmental influences, and individual differences in student sources. We have proposed bridging strategies from the perspectives of teachers' "teaching" and students' "learning", providing teaching references for improving the effectiveness of university mathematics teaching and cultivating high-quality mathematics talents.
在目前的数学教育体系中,大学数学(以微积分为例)与中学数学之间存在着明显的脱节。如果连接不顺畅,将直接影响大学数学的教学效果。本文从教学目标和教学方法的差异、教学内容的脱节和重叠、学习方法的差异、外部环境的影响、生源的个体差异等方面分析了衔接不良的原因。从教师“教”与学生“学”的角度提出衔接策略,为提高大学数学教学的有效性,培养高素质的数学人才提供教学参考。

Thinking on Ways to Promote the Active Participation of Diverse Social Subjects in Legal Aid 促进多元社会主体积极参与法律援助的思考

In the new era of the rule of law environment, people pay more and more attention to the use of legal knowledge to protect their legitimate rights and interests, but in the face of high legal fees, complex litigation procedures, the cultural level of the parties and other practical problems, the right to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests is still difficult. Legal aid pays attention to the vulnerable groups in society, providing them with the same pursuit of fairness and justice convenient channel. However, this channel is confronted with a series of problems such as insufficient social power and low participation enthusiasm of social subjects, and sometimes it cannot be truly realized. Therefore, how to effectively promote the participation of diversified social forces in legal aid is a problem worth further discussion. This paper puts forward its own thinking from the aspects of how to mobilize the enthusiasm of lawyers to handle cases, strengthen the construction of grassroots legal aid team, rely on university resources to form professional aid and organize a long-term incentive mechanism to strengthen social supervision.
在新时代的法治环境下,人们越来越重视运用法律知识保护自己的合法权益,但面对高昂的法律费用、复杂的诉讼程序、当事人的文化水平等现实问题,维权维护自己的合法权益依然举步维艰。法律援助关注社会弱势群体,为他们提供了同样追求公平正义的便捷渠道。然而,这一渠道面临着社会力量不足、社会主体参与积极性不高等一系列问题,有时无法真正实现。因此,如何有效促进多元社会力量参与法律援助是一个值得深入探讨的问题。本文从如何调动律师办案积极性、加强基层法律援助队伍建设、依托高校资源形成专业援助、组织长效激励机制加强社会监督等方面提出了自己的思考。

The Chinese History of Translation in the Framework of Cultural Communication 文化传播框架下的中国翻译史

Understandings and beliefs about translation activities related to a culture constitute the "translation view" of the culture in a specific historical period. And the history of translation is the intercultural practice of culture and the history of intercultural human communication. In the early history of translation, the translation view of the mainstream culture strengthened the image of the cultural center of the Han group including Confuses’ canons. By the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, due to political corruption, people felt disappointed, depressed and helpless in real life and turned to Buddhism for spiritual shelter. Since then, the translation of Buddhist scriptures has been popular. At the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, western translation of science and technology emerged, and introduced western spiritual and institutional culture, and new vitality into the development of Han culture.
