Service quality and comfort are largely determined by the people and the service environment. The aim of this research is to prove the effect of layout design with the ARC and TCR approaches in a service at Alfamart. The type of research used in this study qualitative and quantitative methods. Then the data obtained is carried out by taking primary data, by directly taking data in the field to find out the data needed as a basis for making decisions on making a solution layout. The high interconnectivity between rooms in the shop will make it easier for employees to work because employees will find it easier and faster to arrange goods and carry out work SOPs, of course this will affect work efficiency. Product grouping needs to be considered carefully because it will make it easier for consumers to find the items they are looking for. From the results of the study using the servicescape method, namely ARC and TCR, it was found that the layout update at Alfamart Tapos where the warehouse should be placed on the 1st floor. The location of the warehouse on the 1st floor aims to make it easier for employees to display and load and unload goods.

Electrical energy has become a basic need for humans today, almost all aspects of human life require electrical energy. The electrical energy needed so far has been produced from fossil energy which is not environmentally friendly and has dwindling reserves, alternative energy is needed which is environmentally friendly and sustainable. Energy that can be utilized includes water energy, wind energy, solar energy and so on. The sun is one of the abundant energy, by crossing the equator, Indonesia has enormous energy reserves. This potential is expected to become Indonesia's future energy. Currently solar cell technology is very advanced with increasingly good efficiency, in addition to energy conversion by solar cells with photovoltaic technology, a method is needed to store the results of the conversion into storage (batteries) optimally. One of the battery charging technologies is the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method, with this method battery charging is optimal on a 50 WP solar panel. In this study, a 50 WP solar panel was used, a 28 Ah 12 Volt battery, a 10 Watt Dc 12 Volt load and a 10 Ampere PWM Solar Charger Controller (SCC). The system was running for 3 months from September to December, the load was turned on for 12 hours every day with a load absorption current of 0.9 Amperes. Every day the current used is 10.8 Amperes. For 3 months the weather was not always stable, so charging was less than optimal, but until now the system is running well with an average after usage voltage of 12.3 Volts.

Pengembangan Aplikasi Augmented Reality Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Untuk Kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar

This research was developed to overcome problems in students who tend to get bored in English subjects with book media. This research aims to develop Augmented  Reality in English subject for grade 1 elementary school. The research method used in this study namely research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE application development model (Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation), in this study is limited to stage implementation. Products are developed using game engine Unity 3D and Vuforia. Data analysis techniques in this study will use descriptive and quantitative analysis techniques. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire with 8 respondents. The end result of the product is an educational game-based application Augmented Reality learning English which contains 3D objects, descriptions, sentences and sounds from objects that are run. The results of the feasibility test obtained an average score of 81.90% in the very good category. With the application Augmented Reality this is expected to help 1st grade elementary school students in learning English.

Sustainable regional development aims to increase regional competitiveness, increase economic growth, reduce regional inequality, and improve people's lives. South Sumatra Province is one of the provinces in Indonesia with excellent coal mining potential and can encourage sustainable regional development. The development of a sector cannot be separated from the support of other sectors, so optimizing the allocation of routine and development budgets into the economic sector is essential. For this reason, it is necessary to calculate the output impact analysis and analysis of the impact of gross value added on government expenditure using the input-output model. The calculation through this input-output model shows how much influence the increase or decrease in output and gross value added has on government expenditure. The role of the coal mining sector with other sectors and the condition of its existence in the economy need to be studied using the input-output table to determine the part of the mining sector in the regional economy. It can be concluded that the coal mining sector is still one of the leading sectors in economic growth in South Sumatra Province.

Analisis Perancangan Mesin Pencacah Limbah Plastik Menggunakan Pisau Crusher dan Shredder 用破碎机和碎纸刀设计塑料垃圾分拣机的分析

Waste in the form of garbage in the Piyungan area, Bantul Regency, consists of organic and non-organic waste, currently the condition is increasingly worrying because the landfills are very limited, so waste management must be managed optimally. To reduce the accumulation of excessive waste, a waste-cutting machine is needed. An efficient waste-cutting machine requires the right knife by choosing a knife between the crusher and shredder types. The selection of one of the blades used in the waste-cutting machine requires a design analysis using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) calculations and simulation assistance. Based on the results of the analysis of the calculation of the crusher-type knife using 4 blades, the required power is 2 HP, costs 8.8 million rupiahs and, the results of the FEA allowable stress test are 3.19E + 04, and 2.5 E + 08 are safe. While the Shredder type blade uses 13 blades, the required power is 2 HP, which costs 9.8 million rupiah and the FEA allowable stress test results are 1.53E+04 and 2.5E+08 safe. The results of the analysis obtained are that the selected crusher-type knife can be recommended for use in the design of a waste chopping machine because the manufacturing cost is 8.8 million and the Allowable stress is 3.19E+04,

A less interesting learning process resulted in students feeling bored with the material presented. Therefore this study aims to create interesting learning media so that students are interested in learning the material optimally. The research method used by the author uses the Multimedia Development Live Cycle (MDLC) system development method developed by Luther. The Multimedia Development Live Cycle (MDLC) is carried out based on six stages, namely concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. This research produces a product in the form of an Augmented Reality application to classify animals based on the type of food for elementary school children. The results of the Black Box test can be concluded that the application can run well. The results of the feasibility test calculation obtained a score of 81.31% included in the very feasible category. The products used in this study were declared very suitable for use by elementary school children and used as learning media so that they could help students' understanding processes and foster students' interest and enthusiasm for learning.

Sri Rejeki bakery is one of the home industries in Bandung Regency which has been established since 1986 until now and produces various types of bread with one shift of 7 employees, and above average working hours of 11 hours. It is known that the actual conditions in the company are not optimal because the workload is not evenly distributed at each work station, this causes many complaints from employees that lead to high workloads. Based on these problems, if not resolved, these problems can affect the employees physically and psychologically and can reduce factory productivity. Therefore, this research was conducted by analyzing the workload of employees to determine the number of employees so that work can be more effective and efficient. Workload analysis problem solving in this study uses the Full time Equivalent method. From the results of the full time equivalent calculation analysis, the workload values for the dough, molding, baking and packaging work stations were 125%, 133%, 122%, and 151%, respectively. A total of 2 employees in the Normal category (FTE 1-1.28) and 5 workers in the overload category (FTE> 1.28). So the company needs to add employees, 1 employee in the molding work unit and 1 employee in the packaging unit. The addition of 2 employees will make the average workload normal value between the FTE index 1-1.28.

More than 3 thousand give users the critical. The writer to know what felt the user with UX when accessing the application Segari. Is expected to help to improve, developers create or maintain UX. HEART metrics are to identify the framework and measure the focus on user-centered Having 5 variables commonly used for measuring experience user quality (UXQ), consisting of Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, and Task success. While in terms of the measurement of research and analysis of data, research is both quantitative research. For data processing using the PSPP application for windows version 1.6.2, the percentage of the total score is 53 % that can be assumed that the application of Segari has managed to create an immersive experience good for their users through variable happiness, engagement, and adoption, retention, and task success. The level of happiness based on variable user experience, engagement, adoption ', retention, and task success calculated based on 32 questions 2 has an average point of the lowest question on variable Task success . This means the experience user application Segari is quite satisfactory and succeeded in creating a good experience but not yet overall since there are some questions each variable has an average point of lowest and requires improvement.

Absorption was a separation process between gas fluids using liquid fluid media. The glycol contactor aims to separate the water content contained in the gas using tri-ethylene glycol media with process conditions at a pressure of 795-810 psi and a temperature of 85-110 o F. The contact process between fluids is assisted by the Intalox Saddle type packing which aims to maximize the contact process between fluids and it is hoped that the absorption process that occurs can be maximized. Tri-ethylene glycol which has absorbed the water content in the gas is regenerated in the glycol burner. This analysis used 4 packing variables (Raschig Rings, Pall Rings Plastic, Berl Saddles Ceramic, and Intalox Saddles Ceramic), 5 flow rate variables (1600, 1800, 2000, 2200, and 2400 BPD) and this analysis use the Hysys simulation program. Based on these variables, the absorption efficiency analysis results are obtained in the range of 93-94%, and the flooding percentage is 21-36%. It can be concluded that the type of packing is very influential on the percentage of flooding. Pall Ring Plastic was the type of packing with the lowest flooding percentage. According to research, lower flow rates increase the efficiency of H 2 O absorption.

Analisa Pemanfaatan Kompresor BOG K-6801 A/B pada Fasilitas LNG Hub 液化天然气枢纽设施BOG K-6801 A/B压缩机使用分析

Boil Off Gas (BOG) is formed as a result of the evaporation of liquefied gas at atmospheric pressure as a result of the expansion of the cargo space such as a tank which can endanger the condition of the tank if it exceeds the pressure design on the tank. So, to maintain pressure in safe conditions, the BOG usually has to be burned and directed to the flare. In another word, the factory has been wasting clean gas for free. So there is a better option to use a compressor for fuel-to-plant operation. Compressor K-6801 is a centrifugal type compressor with a single casing multi-stage compressor, with a prime mover or drive in the form of an electric motor. The BOG compressor functions to compress/drain the evaporation gases (Boil Off Gas) from the LNG tank to the PLTMG and the fuel system, while the excess output from the compressor BOG will be flowed to the booster compressor to flow along with the output from the ORV to the ARBEL (Arun-Belawan) gas network. The output BOG from the LNG tank will enter the compressor suction with a temperature of -145.5 °C and a pressure of 0.00054 kg/cm2G, where it will then come out of the discharge of the BOG compressor with ambient temperature conditions of 51.6 °C and a pressure of 15.4 kg/cm2G. After manual calculations, there was a decrease in efficiency by 13% from 98% of the design data to 85%, and a decrease in efficiency through Hysys by 21% to 77%.
