This research identifies and determines the relationship between Auditor Experience, Audit Quality, and Auditor Performance in Public Accounting Firms in DKI Jakarta, Surabaya, and Semarang. Professional Ethics acts as a moderating variable. Quantitative method with a sample of 12 Public Accounting Firms (300 respondents) using purposive sampling. Data analysis uses Multivariate Structural Equation Model (SEM) SmartPLS 3 with a focus on outer model and inner model analysis. The results of this study show that partially, auditor experience has a significant effect on auditor performance (P = 0.000 < 0.05), while audit quality has no significant effect (P = 0.311 > 0.05). Professional ethics as a moderating variable influences audit performance (P = 0.024 < 0.05). However, auditor experience which is moderated by professional ethics, and audit quality which is moderated by professional ethics do not have a significant effect (P = 0.824 and P = 0.242 < 0.05). Simultaneously, auditor performance is influenced by auditor experience and audit quality by 90% (R2 = 0.901).

Food security crises and energy shortages are becoming increasingly pressing global challenges, exacerbated by rapid population growth and inexorable climate change. Land use conflicts, inefficiencies in food and energy systems, and impacts on biodiversity require breakthrough approaches for sustainable solutions. This research aims to investigate innovative solutions and policy interventions that can support sustainable development in overcoming this crisis. The research was conducted through a descriptive qualitative approach, with data obtained from relevant previous studies, and data analysis was carried out to identify patterns and potential solutions. The results of this research find that agricultural and energy policy reform, increased investment in clean technologies, strong international cooperation, and public education and awareness are the keys to achieving food and energy security. Innovations in sustainable agricultural technology and the development of renewable energy have proven vital in reducing dependence on fossil fuels and minimizing environmental impacts. Efficient management of water resources and food and energy systems that operate in a circular model is also important to maximize efficiency and reduce waste. Through the implementation of these strategies, global society can move towards more sustainable development, ensuring access to food and energy for all.

The objective of this study is to analyze the factors influencing the risk perception that affects millennials' willingness to invest in P2P lending. To achieve this goal, a conceptual model was developed involving variables such as financial literacy, company reputation, information security awareness, risk perception, and intention to invest. The sample consisted of 220 respondents, and data were collected through a questionnaire. Structural Equation Modeling and SmartPLS Statistical Software were used to examine the data. The study’s results suggest that, while financial literacy does not significantly affect risk perception, firm reputation and information security knowledge do. The findings also demonstrate that risk perception has a major impact on the intention to invest. The implications of this research highlight the importance of reputation and information security in shaping risk perception in the fintech sector. Fintech companies should prioritize building a strong reputation through good service, transparency, and authentic communication, as well as implementing robust cybersecurity measures to protect investor data. Financial practitioners also need to educate investors about risks and emphasize the importance of reputation and information security in decision-making, providing guidance in risk assessment and management aligned with investors' goals and risk tolerance.

This study examines the moderating effect of Interest Rate and Inflation on the effect of Bond Coupon and Bond Maturity on the Price of FR Series Government Bonds in 2022. In addition, this study aims to see if there are differences in the effect of Bond Coupons, and Bond Maturity on Bond Prices in the presence of moderating effect factors of Interest Rates and Inflation in 2022. This study examines the impact of the moderating effects of interest rates and inflation that affect the changes in bond prices that occur by looking at the Bond Coupon and Bond Maturity factors. With the method used, the experimental hypothesis is quantitative, and the data is obtained from www.bps.go.id, www.bi.go.id, and www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used was purposive sampling, and the SPSS version 26 computer program was used. The results of data processing and analysis show that Bond Coupon Bond Coupons have a significant positive impact on Bond Prices. When the size of the Bond Coupon owned will affect the Bond price and the effect of Bond Maturity on Bond Price is negative and insignificant. Until now, there has not been enough evidence to support the first hypothesis that bond maturity will have a positive impact on Bond Prices. Moderating Effect of BI Rate Interest Rate Data. Against bond maturity and bond coupons on bond prices by adding the moderating effect of BI Rate data, it makes the BI Rate data negative and insignificant.

This research aims to learn about the Legal Protection of Creditors Against Letters of Undertaking as Additional Agreements. The research method is normative juridical, using deductive thinking and library data collection. One of them is using the Legal Protection Theory to examine problems in LoUs between debtors and creditors so that debtors commit themselves to fulfilling obligations so that they get their rights by bank rules and applicable laws and regulations in the event of payment failure or default with the conclusion of preventive and repressive measures. This research found that a Letter of Undertaking (LoU) is part of an additional agreement or accessory and an alternative third-party guarantee in the form of a statement of the promissory note to fulfil an obligation made by the Debtor. In this modern and rapidly developing era, LoUs are born as credit guarantees or financing in various fields of construction projects, infrastructure projects, and tender bonds, which are used to facilitate business to help smooth national and international trade transactions.
